My name is Gin - or Ginny... I'm known by both, either is fine with me, and you might see me refer to myself with either name at various times. I love working with energy and vibration in a variety of forms, I enjoy designing and crafting jewelry and other items, I love crystals and aromatherapy, and I love writing, reading, music, laughter, art journaling, animals, my family, and the beach. (I love mountains too, but the beach is the healing place of my spirit.)I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner, a certified intuitive reader, a crystal healer, a budding aromatherapist, and I'm also studying color therapy. Energy work has made a huge difference in my life. I'm fascinated by all forms of energy and vibrational healing - whether it's Reiki, crystals and stones, aromatherapy, sound therapy, color therapy, the energy of words, flower essences, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), dealing with meridians, chakras, auras... all of it calls to me and speaks to my soul.
My interest in and explorations of the areas of healing, stress and anxiety reduction, spirituality, metaphysical subjects, and strengthening my own mind-body-spirit connection, led to the creation of the Subtle Harmony shop on Etsy... which then led to this blog. Finding inner balance, inner harmony, inner peace - and specifically finding those through energy and vibrational healing techniques and meditation - is at the heart of Subtle Harmony.
